Secca di Spargiottello
We are in the western part of the island of Spargi, about 500 meters from its coast. The dive begins at the top of an underwater rock 6 meters deep. We descend on a sandy plateau (about 15-20 meters) which is bordered by a series of stones populated with sciaena, we swim keeping the wall on our left to visit the top of a rock and observe a bench of barracuda . After passing this point, we will explore to the west the numerous ravines crossing a narrow passage between two granite formations inhabited by groupers, morays and recovered by yellow gorgonians. For advanced divers, it is possible to visit the deepest part of the dive (about 30-35 meters) to observe the pinnacles recovered by the red gorgonians. From this point, we start to climb up the main rock. Here, keeping the wall on our right, we visit some crevices rich in parazoanthus and nudibranchias.

Washington rock
This site is located in the middle of the channel which separates the islands of Spargi and Budelli. It is one of the most famous and interesting sites in the region. The spot is wide so the dives we can do here can be varied at will, depending on different factors (weather conditions, current speed and direction, technical level of divers). The most classic and complete dive will allow you to visit the deepest area and many granitic pinnacles. The dive begins at 7 meters deep on a large balcony above the blue. We go around the main rock until we reach a small passage full of red fans on its walls. Keeping the wall to our left, we will visit an area rich in crevices and caves. A variety of fauna has colonized this part in the form of groupers, multicolored sponges and corals. The overall effect is a beautiful and one of a kind environment. Continue along the wall until you reach a few pinnacles populated by moray eels and groupers. We can often meet schools of barracudas there.

Secca di Budelli
The dive site is located in the southwest of the island of Budelli. It consists of long granite formations alternating with sandy canals. The difficulty of diving varies according to the sea conditions, the currents can become very strong. We start the dive by exploring the northwest side where we find the start of the canals bordered by granite walls full of many species of sponges. The red sea fans found their ideal living conditions 35 meters deep where the currents are often present. We continue to cross the wall and going up to 20 meters deep, the large stones that we find here (entirely colonized by soft corals and sponges) are the ideal habitat for scorpion fish, moray eels and groupers . This part of the dive with its spectacular marine environment is perfect for underwater photography.
